Swissmote operates a remote talent intelligence and placement platform that connects hiring managers, founders, and enterprises with pre-screened technical talent, software engineers, product designers, and distributed contractors. Our services include automated video candidate screenings, technical evaluations, interview scorecards, and facilitated engagement contracts.
3. User Accounts and Verification
When creating an employer or candidate account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain fraudulent credentials or misrepresented work history.
4. Hiring Engagements & Placement Terms
Engagements arranged through Swissmote are subject to the specific engagement contract, master services agreement, or statement of work signed between Swissmote and the hiring organization. Engagements operate on a success-based placement or staff augmentation model, with full candidate evidentiary access provided prior to client interviewing, as further outlined in your customer agreement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, brand assets, proprietary software, rubrics, and documentation on the Swissmote platform are the intellectual property of Starter Studio Inc. Candidates and clients retain full ownership of their proprietary codebases, work products, and custom IP produced during active commercial engagements.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and process personal and organizational data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and international data regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swissmote and Starter Studio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access or inability to access our services or candidate placements.
